How much is shipping?

We provide Free Shipping over $49.

You can choose the delivery method during checkout:

• Standard Shipping: $ 5.95- Free Over $49.00. (Delivery usually takes 8-15 business days )
• Express Shipping: $19.95 - Free Over $199.00(Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days)

How long does it take to receive my product?

Typically, it takes about 3-5 business days for our products to be produced and sent out. Once shipped, we will deliver continental US orders in 6-9 business days. Shipping is currently available only to US, CA, and other 35+ countries' addresses as of the moment, and delivery time is around 3-12 working days.

Please note that during the holidays, our production time may vary.

Can I change the destination country of my order?

After your order has been sent out, you may not change your shipping address.

How long will it be shipped when I finish the payment?

About 2-5 business days to handcraft, then will send it to you. And we provide DHL, FedEx, and so on. It will take about 8-12 business days for Standard Shipping and 2-4 business days for Express Shipping.

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that orders may take up to 2-5 business days to process before they are shipped due to the customized work involved.

Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

We happily fulfill international orders! Our production time will be the same, and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going. Depending on your home country, a customs tax may be applied in addition to your shipping cost.

If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out. Our standard is to supply you with a perfect gift.
